The 2013 Nexus 7 is still technically the current-gen Nexus tablet from Google. It's for sale in the Play Store and there are a ton of accessories for it. Sure, it's getting a little old, but you can pick one up for a mere $159.99 on eBay right now.
This is a manufacturer refurbished model, so you only have a 90 day Asus warranty. It is otherwise the same tablet you'd get from Google for $110 more. It's not worth that anymore, but $160 isn't bad. Note, this includes free shipping and no tax in the US, unless you're in Washington state, then it's 9.5% tax.
